Abdallah starts his day with coffee (and tea in the afternoon!) and a clear focus on his priorities. After reviewing his inbox and classifying urgent matters, he consults his planner, a critical tool that helps him prioritise his daily tasks.
One of Abdallah’s key responsibilities is preparing daily live reports for clients. These reports detail production timelines, cycle counts and machine performance, providing clients with the data they need to make informed decisions and boost productivity.
Abdallah also provides clients with advanced baseline analysis, offering valuable insights into their operations. This analysis identifies areas where clients may be losing money and shows how SmartFleetDX can boost their productivity and efficiency.
The day is dynamic. He often receives calls from on-site technicians, troubleshooting issues remotely and providing quick, effective solutions. On Tuesdays, he leads weekly live reviews with the team, addressing challenges and ensuring that every client request is met.
Abdallah plays a key role in the customer journey, starting from the kick-off stage. He is responsible for setting up and configuring the system, as well as introducing it to the customer. He then validates its accuracy post-implementation. By comparing historical manual data with real-time insights from our Live platform, he demonstrates the advantages of automation and precision.
The ultimate goal? Adoption: clients using the solution and leveraging insights to enhance their operations. If engagement declines, Abdallah proactively re-engages with clients to ensure continued value.
