Day shift: Time to first load reduced by 67% (from 52 to 17 minutes).
Night shift: Time to first load reduced by 33% (from 21 to 14 minutes).
End-of-shift procedures: Time from last load to shift end improved by 5% for day shift (from 40 to 38 minutes) and by 10% for night shift (from 37 to 33 minutes).
These improvements resulted in an additional 2 hours of production time per shift, significantly increasing overall output.‍
